Preventive Maintenance and Calibration by BCON Instruments B.V.

Does the relation between BCON Instruments B.V. and the customer end after purchase? NO !, on the contrary, the relation will get stronger and you get maximum support. You not only get support in case of an instrument break-down, but we also offer maintenance contracts to prevent such break-downs. Additional to this we can offer you a calibration service for the LaboCAT-pump systems. Next paragraphs will highlight some points.

 

Repair Service
In case of an instrument break-down we offer you:

  • Maximum response time of 72 hours
  • Repair by a certified technician.
  • 3 months warranty on repair.
  • Repair at your location or at BCON Instruments B.V. 

Preventive Maintenance
One of the benefits of Preventive Maintenance is that it minimizes instrument break-down time, which cannot be scheduled. The maintenance, on the other hand, is scheduled in close consultation with you and will be carried out once or several times a year depending on the workload of the equipment.

Maintenance is carried out by certified technicians and according to procedures set up by the manufacturer.

After every Preventive Maintenance visit you receive a Maintenance Certificate that can be included with the instrument log, according to GLP guidelines.

If, in spite of the Preventive Maintenance, an instrument break-down occurs, you will have priority concerning scheduling repair service with regard to customers without a Preventive Maintenance. You will also have discount on labour and travel expenses.

 

Calibration
For LaboCAT pump systems we have a calibration service that can be carried out solely or in combination with Preventive Maintenance. This service checks the pump system on its specifications and adjusts the pump system if needed. This gives you the certainty that your pump system is functioning properly and proofs this by means of a Calibration Certificate.

The equipment needed for carrying out this service, like a balance, is provided by us. So, you don’t have to put any effort in this and it will not interrupt other laboratory activities.
